What is Holisticanine?

Holisticanine is an online store that retails pet products that are certified natural, non-toxic, and when possible, organic, through our extensive research. We make sure that products are organic, sulfate-free, preservative-free, cruelty-free, and made with natural ingredients. We also offer presets for those who want to up their caninefluencer or their own influencer game with a cohesive feed of beautifully edited and vibrant photos!

When can I expect my order?

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. We strive to get orders out within 1 week. We promise we're working as fast as we can to get your natural + eco-friendly goodies to you :)

Any inquiries or order changes are welcome at any time, but please try to wait for this processing time to pass before contacting us about when your order will be shipped.

How do presets work?

Presets work through the free downloadable Adobe Lightroom App. They are custom filters that can be applied through one click in the app. Each preset purchase will allow you to download a .zip file which you must open on a desktop or through an unzipper application on your smartphone. The .zip file opens a folder which provides a "How To" guide of how to install and use presets in the Lightroom App on your phone.

What's so important about natural products?

Did you know that an estimated 6 million dogs and nearly 6 million cats will be diagnosed with cancer this year? And that cancer is the leading cause of death in 47% of dogs? Now, this hits close to me because I'm a cancer survivor. And I want to do anything that I can to reduce my furry friend's risk as well.

Much of the pet industry is unregulated, which means that a lot of products are able to completely leave off or be vague about their ingredients list. A lot of environmental conditions are the reason for rising cancer rates in both humans and pets, so anything that we can do to reduce that risk, is worth trying. And that includes, using natural products that are proven effective, and lack any potential harmful chemicals.

Why should I buy from you?

It's true, you don't have to buy from us! But, we are a small business that supports other small businesses, woman-owned businesses, eco-friendly businesses by retailing their products.

We do extensive research to certify that all ingredient lists are certified non-toxic, so you can come to us trusting that every product we offer is safe and the best for your furry friend! How can I get free shipping?

Shipping is free for US purchases $100+ and International orders $125+. Although we'd love to always provide free shipping, we're a small business that's just getting started. But we'd love to offer more free shipping as our community grows - be sure to spread the word about us!
